This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies AgencyLeads uses, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. Some cookies last only for a single session; others persist for longer.

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly necessary (always on)

  • better-auth.session_token — keeps you logged in. Set by our authentication provider. Without it the app cannot work.
  • better-auth.csrf_token — protects against cross-site request forgery on authenticated actions.
  • UI preference cookies (e.g. sidebar collapsed state, theme) — convenience only, no tracking.

Functional (your choice)

We currently do not run analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this page and require your opt-in consent via the cookie banner.

3. Third-Party Storage

When you sign in through Google, Google may set its own cookies on its domain to maintain your Google session. Those cookies are governed by Google's cookie policy and we do not control them.

Likewise, when you connect a Gmail mailbox via Smartlead, Smartlead operates the mailbox connection and may set cookies in its own dashboard if you visit it. Their privacy policy applies in that context.

4. How to Control Cookies

You can adjust your browser settings at any time to refuse all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being set. If you disable strictly necessary cookies, the application will not be able to log you in.

You can also clear stored cookies and site data from your browser's privacy or developer settings.

5. Local Storage & Similar
